Where It All Began
Long before electric scooters became a global trend, we were already behind the scenes.
For over 20 years, our founders worked deep inside the e-scooter supply chain — supplying core components like deck skins, precision wiring harnesses, and structural parts to some of the biggest brands in the industry.
We watched this industry grow from a niche into a movement. We took apart — and rebuilt — almost every mainstream scooter on the market. Along the way, we learned every technical detail that makes a great ride.
But we also saw a problem nobody was talking about.
Many scooters look great on paper — but fall apart in the real world.
Design and manufacturing didn't talk to each other. Great ideas got lost in translation between the drawing board and the factory floor. The result? Inconsistent quality, higher costs, and riders who deserved better.
We decided to fix it ourselves.
Born from Passion (2020)
In 2020, we founded Jinhua BoGe Technology Co., Ltd.
We started with one goal: reinvent what a scooter's core could be.
Our first breakthrough was in the gearbox and transmission. By re-engineering the structure and partnering with top-tier bearing suppliers, we achieved:
- +15% more efficient power output
- −50% less mechanical noise, for a whisper-quiet ride
It was small on paper — but it changed everything. It proved our formula:
World-class design × full control of the supply chain.
This became the way we build. Every scooter since carries this DNA.
A Brand Is Born — MOTORUN (2023)
After three years of development and market research, we took a bold step: we launched our own brand.
In 2023, MOTORUN was born.
The name comes from "Motor-Driven Run" — a nod to speed, passion, and one simple idea: power you can rely on.
We didn't want to be just another factory with a logo. We wanted to build a brand that truly understands riders — combining serious engineering with honest service.

The "R" in MOTORUN isn't just a letter — it's a road.

Stronger from the Inside (2025)
In 2025, we went back to the drawing board — and rebuilt from within.
Technology: We integrated advanced electronic control systems, combining smarter BMS and vector control algorithms. The result: smoother power delivery, more accurate range prediction, and a ride that simply feels better.
Supply chain: We formed deep partnerships with leading battery and motor suppliers, with joint R&D teams turning new technology into real products, faster.
The payoff was measurable:

Everything we learned about manufacturing, we now put into our own products.
Going Global (2026)
In 2026, we're taking our biggest step yet.
